By booking a session or submitting an inquiry through this website, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of services:

  • Threads of Being offers oracle readings, breathwork journeys, and prenatal/postpartum personal training. These services are for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and physical wellness purposes only.

  • Oracle readings are for spiritual guidance and personal reflection. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please seek appropriate professional support.

  • Breathwork journeys involve active breathing techniques that may not be suitable for everyone. Contraindications are outlined during the intake process. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to your session.

  • Prenatal and postpartum personal training is designed to support your body through the thresholds of pregnancy and parenthood. A complimentary assessment is required before beginning any training program. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to your session.

  • Limitation of Liability:

    Breathwork journeys and prenatal and postpartum personal training involve active physical participation that carries inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept those risks. A liability waiver is required prior to your first session of either offering. Threads of Being and Rebecca Nguyen are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, including any condition that was not disclosed during the intake process. It is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any breathwork or exercise program.

  • Sliding scale and reciprocal exchanges: Threads of Being operates on a sliding scale and reciprocal exchange model. Pricing is discussed during the inquiry process. All pricing agreements are confirmed via email before session payment is processed. Payment is processed through Stripe. All sessions must be paid in full prior to the session date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • All sessions are non-refundable.

  • Oracle readings and breathwork journeys may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session. No-shows forfeit the session.

  • Due to the nature of the breathwork journey, late arrivals are accommodated up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the breathwork session can no longer be held. If you still wish to meet, we can use our time together for a 1:1 conversation or transition the session into an oracle reading.

  • Prenatal and postpartum training sessions may be rescheduled once per month with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session. No-shows forfeit the session.

  • Results: Session experiences and outcomes vary by individual. No specific results are guaranteed. What arises in a session is unique to each person and their current energy, readiness, and life circumstances.

  • Intellectual property: All content on this website — including written copy, images, and offerings — is the intellectual property of Threads of Being and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • If session recordings are provided they are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without written consent

  • Changes to these terms: These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
