Then the moment a baby arrives, we assume the hardest part is over.
We send them home, sleep-deprived, undernourished and quietly coming apart at the seams.
And we call that recovery.

Since 2018, Rebecca has supported hundreds of women through the threshold of motherhood to coming home to their body again.
She has held them through fear, uncertainty, celebration, laughter and the profound identity shifts that motherhood asks of every person who walks through.
She doesn't just take you through the motions. Every session is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with your body and yourself. To work with its intelligence rather than override it. She not only reminds you of the strength in your bones, but also the spirit of your humanness. What you build in sessions becomes something you carry into all facets of your life.
That work, learning to connect to the invisible nerves and feel the unseen musceles underneath your skin, is what eventually led her into the deeper work she does today: guiding people back to themselves through the unseen, the shadows, the magical. The body was always the door.
